Wedding Testimonials... For more information, call Susan Nunez 407.834.9872 “Our heartfelt appreciation for providing the wedding we’ve always dreamed of for our daughter and her husband - Christine and John Youngquist. We could not have selected a more fitting location for the wedding and reception than Enzo’s on the Water. The lake-side wedding ceremony back-dropped by lush gardens and unique art pieces enhanced the experience and provided the perfect background for capturing the moment on film. Susan, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely a pleasure to work with to prepare for “the big day”. Not only was she knowledgeable and resourceful during the planning phase, she also proved quite calming during the ceremony itself with her confidence and caring.

Once the ceremony was complete, the staff took charge for the pre-dinner refreshments, hors d’oeuvres and dinner. In a word, the staff was stellar. They were friendly, courteous and most of all professional, administering to all of our needs...including a number of wedding party children. I cannot say enough about these wonderful people. We should also mention that the food was absolutely superb. This is the first wedding we’ve attended where we actually received numerous comments/accolades on the quality of the food. We had three entree choices from which to choose and all were phenomenal ... not to mention the delicious wedding cake.

In summary, the staff at Enzo’s went out of their way to ensure our family and friends had a wonderful time on this day. They are to be commended for their professionalism and genuine enthusiasm to ensure two newlyweds and their friends/family got off to a great beginning.”

Parents Celeste and Charlie Stevens (April 20, 2008 - wedding for 75 people) "Getting married at Enzo's Restaurant on the Lake was a dream come true. The food was incredible, the restaurant and grounds were beautiful, but the one detail that made our day so special was the staff. Each and every person who works at Enzo's truly loves working there and they made sure our day was "Perfect". Thank you for everything; we will definitely be back each and every year to celebrate our anniversary with the people who made it possible."

May 29,2005 “My wife Karen and I really never considered any other place we wanted to have our daughters wedding other then Enzo's.  We did some checking around at the big hotels and at other attractions that offered weddings but in the end there just wasn't any comparison.  Enzo's and their Special Events Coordinator Susan Luedecke Nunez assisted us through every step.  The end result was a literally perfect experience.  The staff, the food, the location, everything could have not been better.
We have had so many people tell us that Danielle's wedding was the best they ever attended and Steve and Karen Toth “There are only two words that I can think of to describe my wedding: breathtakingly perfect. The staff was amazing and so personable, and Susan , the Special Events Coordinator was there every step of the way, accommodating little things that I wanted that didn’t necessarily fit into the reception, i.e. I wanted the bridal table in front of the big window overlooking the lake, but people had to come inside from there and go outside after dinner for the dancing. They catered to my every need and moved the table both before and after dinner so things could be just the way I wanted them. The food, as always, was amazing, and Enzo’s has always felt like family to me because I’ve known most of the staff since I was very little. Now when I go back it’s just like being at my engagement ( I got engaged there too! ) and my wedding.
The chef even created the Zuccoto wedding cake into a tiered wedding cake just because it was my favorite. I will never be able to fully express my gratitude for all of the wonderful memories everyone at Enzo’s helped me to create. It was everything I’ve ever pictured since I was a little girl…and more. I will cherish that day in my heart forever.”
